We are now looking to recruit within our Financial Services division. This is a warm desk and working within a team, you will be responsible for the Yorkshire and North East region - focusing on both Sales and Support Roles (IFA’s, Wealth Managers, Paraplanners, Sales Support, Compliance and Pensions). We have a large client and candidate base, so consultants can come in and really hit the ground running!


For this role we are looking at either Recruitment Consultants (Trainee or Experienced) or candidates currently working within Financial Services, but looking for a change in direction with their career.

The role will be responsible for managing and building the desk within financial services team. Duties will include;
•Cold calling to win new business
•Writing adverts
•Screening CV’s
•Interviewing candidates
•Negotiating terms of business
•Maintain successful client relationships
•Hitting targets / earning commission and celebrating your success each month!


It is imperative you are confident, competitive, articulate and gregarious that can all be demonstrated through past sales achievements. Strong communication skills are essential!


This is a fantastic opportunity with the opportunity to earn around 40-60k (OTE).
