Job Information

My client is an established firm of Professional Accountants a well established and modern accounting firm based in North London. They are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their growing team. The position, working in a team of 16-20, reports to the Director.
Main duties:

• Bookkeeping and preparation of VAT Returns
• Accounting and bookkeeping to trial balance
• Preparing client accounts
• Prepare corporate accounts
• Client management
• Managing deadlines for planning and reporting foreseen issues



Ideal Candidate:

· Must have 2 years’ experience

· Completion of weekly and monthly bookkeeping

· Responsible for preparation and filing of VAT Returns

· Closing off ledgers for month ends

· Accurate data input of client accounting information in electronic systems

· Ensuring client records are accurately maintained

· Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally with a positive, proactive approach
