Do you have experience in Commercial Insurance or Insurance Broking£

This leading insurer within the charity market returns all profit made back in to the charity and makes a difference to over 400,000 children across the UK.
Due to expansion they are now recruiting for an Account Handler to join their team.

Duties of the Account Handler : Commercial and Travel Insurance:

• Managing client accounts across the UK and achieve a retention rate of 95%
• Renewals
• Mid Term Adjustments
• Claims advice
• Handling premiums of £500 - £10,000 GWP
• Covers commercial property, liability, travel, minibus and other typical insurances for charities
• Handling any queries / complaints
• Cross sell and upsell products and services



Requirements for the Account Handler : Commercial and Travel Insurance:

• 2+ Years of Commercial Insurance / Broking
• Cert CII or Diploma in Insurance
• Excellent communication skills : verbal and written
• Live within commutable distance of the office / happy to relocate
• Excellent customer service skills
