Job Information

I am currently working on behalf of a large client who are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to start immediately for a 9 month maternity contract.


You will need strong experience of working on Purchase Ledger and will be responsible for the following duties:
• Checking of stock invoices against purchase orders and GRN’s
• Sending Credit Claims to Suppliers
• Entering invoices/credits onto Sage
• Statement reconciliation
• Raising of payments
• Allocating
• Covering reception duties
• Telephone queries


You will be working within a team of 4 other Purchase Ledger Clerks and will report into the Purchase Ledger Manager.


Ideally you will be able to use Sage 200 and have an understanding of Excel.


They are offering a salary of £15,000 - £16,000.
