My client, a leading business strategy firm, is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing team. This role, based in the Covent Garden area, focuses on the day to day management of accounts payable whilst maintaining relationships with suppliers. Working within a team of 7, this role reports into the Senior Management Accountant.

Main duties:

� Posting and allocating payments
� Supplier statement reconciliations
� Resolving supplier queries
� Coding and processing invoices
� Preparing payment runs
� Managing purchase order processing


Ideal candidate:

� 2 years� experience within accounts payable
� AAT qualified or ACCA part-qualified
� 2nd language is beneficial
� Proficient with MS Office : particularly Excel


This role will best suit someone who is focused with a strong attention to detail with the option to progress in the future.
