Cameron James are looking for experienced Credit Control professionals in the Harrogate area. The successful candidate will have proven previous experience within Credit Control and will have the ability to be an effective communicator when reducing aged debt.

The Role:

• Chasing aged debt over the phone and email and producing 7 day letters
• Renegotiating payment terms
• Credit referencing and analysis of aged debt
• Preparation of court proceedings where necessary
• Analysis of client debt risk when applying for credit
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets


The Candidate:

• Proven experience within Credit Control is essential
• Evidence of effective debt reduction
• Formal qualification would be advantageous
• Experience when dealing with Credit checks and Credit referencing
• Previous authority to sign off bad debt would be an advantage
