A well known, Leeds based, estate agency with a exponentially growing client bank is looking to complete it's friendly and professional team by adding a mortgage broker to the branch. The ideal candidate will be as follows:

• Will be CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualified
• Will need to have sales experience specifically in self generation of leads.
• Working to mortgage, protection and conversion targets
• Dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
• Knowledge of the mortgage market
• Ideally have 2 years’ experience in mortgage advice
• Ability to work using own initiative
• Ideally will also have 1 years’ whole of market experience since MMR changes


There is potential within the company for progression and full support is offered to help with your development.

Basic Salary of £24,000 - £30,000 with realistic OTE of £45,000. A full benefits package is available including pension and private medical.
