Job Information

My client is currently recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant on a part time basis for 25 hours per week (5 hours per day).

Your role will be to assist the accounts department in an all round position, which will include but not limit to

• Chasing outstanding debt
• Alerting relevant managers to bad debt
• Paying suppliers, issuing cheques, bacs and updating relevant records
• Maintaining processing of the purchase orders including authorising printing and handling all queries
• Inputting purchase ledger invoices
• Posting client receipts and reconciling cash book
• Maintaining rechargeable information, entering PO details, invoice details and handling queries
• Preparing, administering, and managing bi weekly and monthly payroll
• Journal entries
• Petty cash
• Cash book
• Producing and issuing of sales postage invoices per submissions
• Inputting sales and purchase invoices onto the database


The hours will be 5 days Monday - Friday and 5 hours per day
