My practice client is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join their firm on a permanent basis. Ideal candidates will have previous experience within a similar role



Key Duties include:

� Preparing of monthly management accounts
� Preparing of quarterly VAT returns (incl. EC Sales)
� Preparing of budgets and ad hoc analysis
� Managing statutory compliance requirements;
� Preparing of year-end financial statements and corporation tax returns
� Preparing of personal tax returns
� Reviewing Accounting work
� Training for new employees
� Developing and training of existing staff.
� Managing a portfolio of Accounting clients


Key skills include:

� Accounting degree with at least 2 years of experience
� Able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines;
� Analytical & numerical with excellent attention to detail
� Excellent Excel skills with Sage experience and preferably IRIS;
� Strong communication skills and ability to deal with international clients
� Confident in communicating with staff at all levels
� Target driven and able to work in high pressure environment
� Attention to detail


Offering competitive salary of c£35k - £38k.
