An exciting opportunity has arisen within a prestigious Accountancy/Financial Services firm to join the HR Team as Training Scheme Manager. My client is passionate about people and has been working with many clients, across all kinds of Industry Sectors, for over 145 years.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years + experience in a similar role and preferable (but not essentially) have experience within Professional Services. You will share their values of Passion, Honesty, Trust and Humanity - ultimately you will put clients at the heart of everything you do.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• Marketing/Promotion of the Training Schemes - visiting schools to deliver presentations/workshops
• On-going Scheme Development
• Recruitment, Selection and Induction of Trainees
• Administration of the Training Schemes
• Management of Study/Examination Progress
• Responsibility for Trainers - no direct line management but coaching and leadership
• Management of on-the-job and personal development
• Student Support
• Management of Students Career Development Plan
• Financial Management of the Training Schemes
• CPD, Technical & Other Training Requirements of the Firm
