Cameron James are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a well known establishment in the care sector to join their growing Accounts department. The position is a high pressure role with the scope for progression and will give the successful candidates exposure to all areas of Accounts.

The Role:

• Sales and Purchase ledger responsibilities including raising, checking and managing all invoices
• Accurately logging data into Sage 50
• Running weekly, by monthly and monthly reports
• General support for the payroll team and financial controller
• Bank reconcilliations
• Payroll including holiday pay, sick pay, maternity leave, hours worked etc


The Candidate:

• Exposure to Payroll would be advantageous
• Experience with Sales ledger and purchase ledger
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Systems used to include Sage and Excel
• Ideally will have 1 year or mores experience in an Finance team
