Job Information

I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Recruitment Administrator for a healthcare organisation in Essex.

The successful candidate will ideally have Recruitment administration experience and will be extremely organised. You will be the main point of contact for Managers in liaising with candidates, posting jobs, arranging Interviews, building and maintaining relationships with agencies and the full candidate process.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Advertising vacancies internally and externally and liaising with recruitment agencies.
• Organising and conducting telephone and face to face first interviews with applicants.
• Booking successful candidates from first interviews onto the next stage in the recruitment process and
• Send relevant correspondence to successful and unsuccessful candidates.
• Organising and conducting Interviews & other assessment (where required)
• Liaising weekly with the relevant recruiting managers regarding the status of vacancies.
• Keeping detailed records and producing weekly reports on recruitment activities.
• Completing relevant recruitment administration tasks such as; conducting reference check, CRB checks and providing constructive feedback to the candidates.


RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Graduate with previous experience in organising interviews, recruitment and previous experience of coordinating recruitment end to end.
• Have previously worked as a recruitment administrator or come from a recruitment agency background or worked as part of a resourcing team.
• Microsoft Office skills, in particular this work will necessitate working with Outlook, Word and Excel. Other MS Office experience would also be beneficial.
• This is a very busy and challenging role. Candidates must be highly organised with excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise and organise own work load.
