Our construction industry client is currently recruiting for an accountant to join their business in a stand alone position which is based near Peckham. You will be working for a well known company that is continuing to grow.

Duties will include:

� Day to day running of accounts
� Supporting the senior management
� Producing monthly management accounts
� Producing the statutory requirements
� Budgeting and forecasting
� Managing the monthly payroll
� Managing cash book, cash flow and banking
� Month end reporting
� Sales invoicing
� Maintaining fixed asset register
� Producing monthly debtor reports, monitoring payment terms
� Year end audit


Key skills:

� Excellent communication and organisation skills
� Strong Excel skills including VLook ups and pivot tables
� Able to work with proactive approach and own initiative


Offering a competitive salary of c£40k - £45k per annum dependent on experience

You will need experience in a similar position working in standalone role and ideally either immediately available or on one weeks notice. Candidates need to have strong communication skills and experience using Sage line 200 would be an advantage. All round accounts experience is necessary
