My Halifax based client is looking for a Finance Manager to join their company ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company where you will be the sole person within accounts so need to be able to work on your own initiative and in a similar role previously.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director you role will include:

� Cash book
� Sending sales invoices to customers
� Processing purchase ledger
� Producing weekly/month end balances and reports
� Profit and Loss and KPI reports
� VAT returns
� Analyse monthly sales and costings for Project Manager
� Control, balance and check commissions including controlling payments in line with budgets
� Monitoring contract profitability
� Checking financial reports
� Processing weekly BACS run to suppliers
� Checking expenses
� Issuing payments for commissions
� Producing and monitoring budgets
� Producing information for year end accounts
� Recording company car details/mileage complying HMRC requirements
� Credit Control
� Processing monthly payroll


Key skills:

� Excel skills (including pivot tables, and vlook ups)
� AAT Qualified, studying ACCA/CIMA/Qualified
� Sage line 50 and Sage Payroll


Candidates must be able to prioritise workloads - there is onsite parking available and also close to bus stop so excellent location place. Offering competitive salary of c£25k - £30k dependent on experience.
