I am currently recruiting for a market leader in the field for a Senior Credit Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small yet busy hands on team. Candidates must have previous experience working with Overseas customers


Reporting into the Financial Controller your duties will include:
� Chasing outstanding debt
� Dealing with legal and solicitors for unpaid debt
� Setting and managing credit limits and references checks
� Reducing debtor days
� Dealing with customers via email and telephone
� Liaising with the sales team and attending meetings
� Improving processes
� Issuing credit notes
� Valuing bad debt
� Resolving queries
� Monitoring collection rates
� Month end closing
� Calculating commissions for the sales team


There will be the occasional travel needed to London to meet with the sales team


Key skills include:
� Good telephone manner
� Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
� Strong communication skills
