Mortgage Broker/Mortgage Advisor : Brokerage based - Clydebank



A small brokerage in Clydebank are looking to expand their friendly and professional team by adding a mortgage broker to become even more successful. The ideal candidate will be as follows:

• Will be CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualified
• Will need to have sales experience specifically in self generation of leads. (Ideally with a client bank)
• Working to mortgage, protection and conversion targets
• Dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
• Knowledge of the mortgage market
• Ideally have 2 years’ experience in mortgage advice
• Ability to work using own initiative
• Ideally will also have 1 years’ whole of market experience
• Have worked as a mortgage broker/advisor since MMR changes
• Be motivated, hard-working, and have a vision for the future

Basic Salary of £24,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience + bonus.
