Cameron James are working with a well established office supplies company in Leeds who are now looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the company due to growth. The ideal candidates will have previous experience within an administrative position within accounts.

The Role:

• Printing, filing and inputting invoices relating to purchase ledger
• Resolving queries in a timely manner
• Matching, batching and coding incvoices
• Preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs
• Setting up new customers on the systems and taking credit references
• Running daily invoices
• Writing customer cheques and updating payment book


The Candidate:

• Previous experience within a finance team is essential
• Proven experience in Purchase Ledger and setting up payment runs
• Excellent communication skills and time management
• Ability to work as part of a team and standalone
• Ideally educated to degree level
