Job Information

I am currently recruiting for an experienced generalist HR Manager for a professional services organisation in Reading.

A strong HR generalist is required to join their HR & Payroll team on a Contract basis providing outsourced services, to their American client base.

This is a 9 month fixed term contract and requires some ASAP.

The successful candidate should have extensive experience in the following:

• Employee Relations : redundancies, dismissals, performance management issues are an essential requirement of this role.
• The successful candidate will be competent in the management of employee/labour relations and legal issues and will counsel our clients on related issues.
• Good understanding of UK Employment law and how to apply
• Practical hands on approach to problem solving
• European HR experience would be advantageous
• Assist with implementation of employee benefits plan and insurances
• Understanding of Payroll would be useful


The successful candidate will be

• CIPD qualified
• Self confident, with excellent communication and client management skills.
• Experience of working in a generalist HR management position.
