Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a Global Technology Company who are looking to appoint an Interim Reward Analyst who will work under the direction and guidance of the Compensation Director and will have a critical role in ensuring that best compensation practice and process is adopted and adhered to by the Business.

Through their interactions with HR stakeholders, the Compensation Analyst will have a key role in promoting and underpinning the companies pay for performance philosophy. This role will have a strong International outlook and will be responsible for supporting the full range of compensation activity across 29 countries globally with significant opportunity to shape and influence the overall compensation strategy and approach for the International element of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a subject matter expert for HR colleagues and other stakeholders in the context of compensation
• Selection and management of vendors include market data providers
• Refining existing and defining new processes to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of compensation programmes into the business
• Employee benchmarking , analysis and general statistic and report preparation
• Maintenance of the Job Architecture Framework including job evaluation and grading recommendations
• Communication and training material development and deployment to ensure best compensation practice is followed across the business
• Managing mid-year (Off Cycle) pay and promotion request
• Managing the information flow between compensation and the business for annual pay and bonus cycle


Person Specification:

• Solid experience in compensation / reward function
• Highly numerate
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage own time and work efficiently
• Power user level knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups , charts etc)
