Job Information

A large and well-established Distribution company are seeking a HR Administrator to assist with a short term need of 3-6 months. You'll join a friendly and supportive HR & Payroll team, ideally with an immediate start!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering data on to the Northgate system including starters, contractual changes and leavers
• ?Ensure all new employees receive correct documentation and that procedures are followed for enrolment of all new employees
• Assist with the preparation of contracts of employment for internal transfers and promotions
• Any other suitable task required to support the HR Manager


You will:

• Have previously experience using Northgate
• Previous administrative experience ideally within an HR and/or payroll environment
• Be enthusiastic and keen to 'get stuck in'
