Cameron James are working with a growing and established property company who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to manage a portfolio of around 50 Properties. The successful candidate would come from an accounts background and will be looking to push forward with their career.

The Role:

� Management of all property funds
� Alteration of rent demands
� Processing online payments
� Reconcile Management fees
� Assisting with Budgeting and Year End


The Candidate:

� Experience in Accountancy is essential
� Property experience is desirable
� Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
� Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel
� Ability to multitask and have an approachable nature
