Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a logistics company who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to provide a high level HR advisory service to Managers and employees within the Group

Responsibilities:
• Reviewing job descriptions
• Managing the people change process
• Conducting Psychometric tests
• Short listing candidates
• Interviewing candidates using structured behavioural interviews
• Reviewing and updating Selection material
• Designing new function specific selection material
• Advising and supporting Line Managers during grievances/disciplinaries
• Liaising with external resources to ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation.
• Updating group policies and contracts according to local law.
• Managing the Payroll Process
• Maintenance of the Payroll reports
• Advising Managers on company guidelines and making recommendation on issues relating to compensation and benefits
• Managing the processes relating to salary changes, bonus payments working with the Finance team and the external payroll bureau
• Ensure that all documentation both electronic and other is up to date and backed up by the relevant supporting documentation.
• Generating other HR related management reports as required

Person Specification:
• Experience providing generalist HR support within an international environment
• Experience working in a dynamic and pressurised environment,
• Experience of influencing managers at different levels
• Good knowledge of Employment Law is essential
• Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
• Fluency in German, Spanish or Mandarin would be advantageous
• Graduate or equivalent
• CIPD qualified/part qualified
