Job Information

We are seeking an Executive PA for our Client a firm of Investment managers based in Chertsey Surrey. Reporting to the Director you will play a critical role in the overall support and management assistance.
This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to juggle many balls. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative.
Role Requirements
• Manage and process all mail and email correspondence as required
• Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements internationally
• Track and drive completion key deliverables and
• Assist with the preparation of key information indicator statistics and develop presentations etc.
• Assist with managing and maintaining an effective computer based filing system and where appropriate manual filing system
• Work closely with support staff to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures
• Arrange international travel itinerary and hotel bookings as required
• Manage, and coordinate with, assistants throughout the team and across the company
• Prepare various correspondence and documents; edit and proof correspondence and documents


Basic Qualifications
• Good computer skills, Outlook (Advanced), Excel ,Word PowerPoint and Internet
• Significant EA / PA experience at Director and/or Senior Manager level in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive experience of diary management and arranging international conference calls and travel
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
• Strong track record of being a team player within a large scale rapid and process driven environment
• Highly motivated, organised individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Impeccable attention to detail and high levels of integrity and discretion
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills


Salary up to £45,000 DOE
