Cameron James are working with a well know Financial Services organisation who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy and growing Sales and Purchase Ledger departments. The successful candidate will come from a similar position previously and will have a solid understanding of accountancy.



The Role:

� Producing daily payment reports
� Processing daily payments and uploading transactions onto banking platform
� Submitting payments via Cheque and BACS
� Uploading all bank statements onto SAP
� Allocation of incoming funds both electronic and cheque
� Following up late payments by phone and email
� Monitoring late payments and non payment accounts


The Candidate:

� Educated to degree level preferable
� Working understanding of purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control
� Good understanding of the financial services sector is preferable
� Excellent eye for detail, multitasking and time keeping skills are essential
� Ability to use Microsoft Office including Excel to an intermediate standard
� Confidence both verbally and written
