Cameron James are working with an established independent sector organisation who are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their expanding department. The ideal candidate will have experience within an accounts team and will be studying towards or qualified AAT as a minimum.

The Role:

• Matching, batching and coding all invoices
• Setting up payment runs
• Producing invoices
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Month end management accounts


The Candidate:

• Must have previous experience in an industry accountancy department
• Studying or qualified AAT as a minimum
• Experience of controlling all financial ledgers
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a standalone environment
