A position has recently opened up at one of the fastest growing Mortgage Lenders in the whole of the West Midlands. To facilitate this growth, they are currently looking to add an experienced and enthusiastic Mortgage Administrator to their team.

This position will allow any experienced mortgage support professional to gain a truly rare insight into the workings of a portfolio.

The successful applicant will be working on a large portfolio alongside senior management across all aspects of:

• Application administration from start to completion
• Update and chasing of all active cases including legal, valuation and compliance queries
• Production and distribution of status reports including month end MI, in association with the solicitor
• Answering customer enquiries
• Updating and verifying supporting documents/information
• Providing feedback with respect to product development and commission setting

An outstanding package is offered with this role, with salary of £18,000-£21,000, study support for CeMAP for candidates who would like to do so and 27 days holiday alongside full bank holidays.
