Job Information

My construction client is currently looking for a qualified accountant to join their busy team. You will be solely responsible for one part of the business therefore previous experience in a similar environment is essential.

Candidates will ideally have worked with COINS but this is not essential

Duties will include:

� Preparing of monthly management accounts
� Variance reporting
� Liaising with property managers
� Balance sheet reconciliations
� Accruals and prepayments
� Monthly cashflows
