My client, based in the Lutterworth area, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their expanding team. The role, within a motorsport company, brings together sales, secretarial and accounts duties in very varied day to day tasks. Working within a larger team, this position reports into the Motorsport Manager.

Main duties:

• Dealing with any sales queries
• Providing general administrative support
• Answering any customer queries
• Entering sales orders onto SAP
• Raise and process sales paperwork
• Maintain stock list on a daily basis
• Maintain petty cash system


Ideal candidate:

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient with SAP
• Working knowledge of MS Office : Excel
• Great time management skills
