£23,000 + £2,000 contract completion bonus (18 months FTC)



The Role

The 18 months fixed term contract’s main focus will be to manage our clients’ company car fleet and benefits policy, including P11D benefits.

Key external contacts include Insurance brokers, Leasing companies, Vehicle Repairers and Pensions Advisers.



Main Duties

• Effectively manage the company vehicle fleet of 200+ leased cars and fuel cards
• Provide support for the Compensation & Benefits Manager from time to time ensuring good practice
• Maintain the Vehicle data base, maintain MID and timely submissions to insurers
• Arrange for hire car and mini lease vehicles and their prompt return. Inspection of vehicles and licences
• Liaising with 3rd party car fleet provider to arrange new car orders and timely delivery and return of vehicles at the end of their lease, additionally to liaise with manufacturers to secure discounts
• Timely checking and sign off of invoices for payment and dealing with driver fines
• Completing and submitting P46(car) to HMRC and accurately reporting year end P11d information
• Effectively manage the Congestion Charge Account
• Maintaining Childcare Voucher Account and Cycle to Work Scheme




Experience Sought

• You must have experience of managing a fleet of at least 100 company vehicles, ideally with experience with a mainly leased fleet
• As the role covers all the P11D benefits, exposure to finance, HR processes and administration would be preferred
• Proven track record showing good organisation and analysis skills, discretion and business ethics
• You must be an advanced user of Excel and databases
• Also you must hold a full UK driving license
