Job Information

Our client is a boutique IFA seeking an experienced administrator to join their team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about pensions, investments and life insurance, and be highly focused with excellent attention to detail.


Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience at an IFA practice
• Knowledge of sales support
• Experience of Avelo software desirable but not essential
• Must have confident and professional telephone manner
• Competed or working towards level 2 DipFA or above


Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Supporting IFAs
• Analysing data to provide solutions for clients.
• Creating suitability reports in conjunction with para planners
• Maintaining accurate client records
• Creating and producing letters, reports and invoices
