Job Information

My client, based in the St James Park area, is looking for a Project Accountant to join their expanding team. This role, within an international oil and gas company, will initial commence on a 3 month contract with the option to go permanent after this and provides a vital part of the day to day financial running. Working within a team of five, this position reports into the finance manager.

Main duties:

� Preparing annual statutory accounts
� Preparing monthly variance analysis
� Cash flow forecasting
� Making judgments on cost accruals for assets
� Complete responsibility for cash management
� Intercompany reconciliations
� Accruals and prepayments
� Invoicing of sales and chasing aged debtors


Ideal candidate:

� ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
� 3+ years� post qualified experience
� Oil and gas industry knowledge
� Experience managing teams


This role will suit someone who is looking to join an international company at a very exciting time in its expansion.
