A job opportunity has arisen for an experienced para-planner at a highly reputable financial planning company based in York. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, and the successful candidate will have opportunities for advancement within the sector.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a para planning role or as a senior IFA administrator
• Qualified to Level 4 DipFA or above, working towards level 6
• Experienced in writing suitability letters and creating reports for pensions, life and investments
• Knowledge of Avelo desired but not essential




Duties include:

• Researching and analysing data
• Compiling financial planning reports
• Prospecting new clients, qualifying leads and ensuring business targets are met.
• Quantifying and analysing clients existing investments
