Job Information

An opportunity has arisen within a highly well-established and modern IFA firm looking to expand due to the progression of their client base.

The position is based in Oldham within the Client Services team and will involve broad and extensive exposure to the market due to the close working relationships built with the Advisors.

Person specification:

• At least 2 years’ experience supporting within an IFA firm (not a bank/provider)
• Provide administrative support to the financial advisors and paraplanners
• Gathering information and assist with fund research, reports and valuations
• Processing to competition new business across pensions, life and investments
• Use various systems such as Adviser Office (Avelo) and XPLAN to maintain accurate databases
• Prepare client portfolios prior to meetings
• The successful person will be self-motivated, organised and knowledgeable
• Qualifications are desirable however not essential : R01, CF1 or FPC1 would be an advantage

The salary on offer with this role starting at Β£17,000 up to Β£26,000 depending on experience. Full study support is offered up to Chartered status, as well as a company pension.
