The Role:

As Logistics Manager you will oversee the whole of the logistics process for my client with a view on implementing and improving all customer and supplier KPI’s and service levels.



Main Duties:

• Management of customer service, the master capacity planning, good inwards and dispatch
• Implementation of a continuous improvement methodology across the all logistical process and people within the business
• To improve material flow accuracy and drive efficiencies and stock reduction programmes
• Improve planning and forecasting accuracy within the business as it grows
• You will be a Senior Manager, actively involved in monthly reporting to the board of Directors




Experience

• Degree educated within a relevant discipline
• Experience within a Logistics /Supply Chain management role within an importing and/or manufacturing environment
• You will be proficient in in the use of systems and be IT literate
• Experienced in managing significant cultural change in people, processes and procedures
• You must be commercially astute and be able to demonstrate significant positive impact in previous roles
