Part Time Account Handler : 6 Month Contract
Location : Norwich
Salary - £15,000 - £20,000 Pro Rata

Duties of the Account Handler:

� Chasing and converting hot leads from customers that have registered interest on the website
� Managing customer accounts : Travel, Wedding and Break Down Insurance
� Answering queries over the telephone and via email
� Renewals
� Post out up to 50 policies per day
� Ensuring the highest levels of customer service at all times



Requirements of the Account Handler:

� Fluency in French, German or Spanish would be advantageous
� 2+ Years of Insurance Account Handling role
� Happy to work on a Part Time 6 month contract
� At least 1 day per week to be worked in the office
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills
