Role Overview

We�re recruiting for a Demand Planner to take ownership and responsibility for the sales forecasting of an assigned region/product category in coordination with Sales and Marketing and the Demand Planning Manager.

Role responsibilities

� Monitoring product level forecasts against actual sales and making any necessary adjustments in agreement with Sales Managers and/or in coordination with customers.
� Providing support to Account Managers / Customers with forecasting.
� Liaising with Supply Planning & Customer Service in order to meet sales and range targets.
� Validating/producing, entering and reviewing forecasts in the system and working on forecast scenarios to improve forecast accuracy.
� Preparing reports for Management and Sales Managers.
� Supplying stock availability for Customers.
� Involvement in product launches and product changes.
� Updating sales projections
� Running reports and preparing summaries
� Assisting FP&A in preparing Management presentations



Experience Required:

� Experience within Demand Planning and/or Forecasting is essential along with a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
� Educated to degree level or equivalent with excellent analytical and numerical skill
� Highly competent using Excel and Power Point as you will be working with large amounts of numerical data.
� You will need strong communication skills both verbally and written as report preparation and presentation is essential in the role.
� Able to work on own and as part of a team.
