Job Information

Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a Professional Services company who are looking to add a HR Administrator to provide a professional HR Administration function to the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Benefit administration for the business
• Supporting admin work and document preparation for end of probationary reviews
• Acting as first line of contact for the HR team.
• Reviewing emails and forwarding work to the appropriate person.
• Deal with incoming calls phone enquiries making referrals where necessary
• Manage probation reports for new starters
• Updating employee records such as salary details, process expenses, and process
• Organising training sessions and client/team meetings
• Communicating effectively with all categories of staff
• Keeping staff schedules accurately up to date
• Recruitment administration
• Booking meeting rooms
• Coordinating training needs
• Managing HR files and documentation
• MI Reporting using Excel


Person Specification:

• Degree qualified or equivalent (2:1 Classification or above)
• Highly commercial
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with a team
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience of using HRIS
• Confident and articulate communicator providing a professional image at all times
• Candidate must be able to provide an accurate, reliable and high standard of administration service
