Our client a firm of Financial Advisors requires a Client Relationship Co-Ordinator for their offices in Roundhay, Leeds.


Main purpose of the role:


Provide a comprehensive support service to the Advisers liaising with product providers, third parties and colleagues.


Proactively build relationships with Clients and Advisers to ensure the best possible solutions and services are delivered.


Key Accountabilities:
• Use the systems in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain client data extensively using 1st Software providing accurate and comprehensive information to support the Adviser.
• Process new business and servicing activities within company service standards through to an accurate and speedy conclusion.
• Proactively monitor, chase and record outstanding Activities through to closure.


Record and monitor Fee and Service Charge information accurately and timely.


Key Activity:
• Provide pre and post meeting support. Book client meetings; prepare valuation reports and documentation in readiness for the meeting and proactively review client files and provide discussion points for the meeting.
• Process new business liaising with Advisers, providers and third parties updating all relevant systems and ensuing correct completion of necessary documents.
• Use online systems and platforms to update and process new business and policy servicing.
• Liaise with clients, providers and third parties both by written correspondence and verbal discussions.
• Deal with daily post including provider and client correspondence.
• Update and scan client information on relevant systems accurately and timely.
• Assist with research and providing quotations


Essential Technical Skills:


Comprehensive knowledge of 1st Software including Fee/Commission processing.


Competent in using MS Office


Desirable: Some industry qualifications


Essential: 2 years in a similar role within Financial Services
