My client, a food and wine wholesaler/distributor, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their expanding organisation. This role, based in the Croydon area, is an essential supporting position the entire accounts function. Working within a larger team, this position reports into the Finance Manager.

Main duties:

� Processing sales invoices
� Performing bank reconciliations
� Maintaining the sales ledger
� Chasing outstanding debts
� Referring bad debt to litigation stage
� Processing debit and credit notes
� Dealing with any customer queries


Ideal candidate

� Fluent in Portuguese
� 2+ years� in a similar role
� Available at short notice
