Job Information

A highly regarded boutique IFA practice in Birmingham are looking to add an organised Technical Assistant to support with their paraplanning and administration needs.

As this business has experienced high levels of growth and the addition of two new Financial Advisors, there is the need for candidates who are experienced in writing templated suitability reports to add value from day 1. Candidate profile as below:

• 2+ years' experience working at an IFA practice, processing new business and producing valuations
• Fluent in the use of back office systems such as Intelliflo/Avelo to update client files
• Strong background in writing templated suitability reports across pension, life and investment recommendation
• Organised, professional and able to undertake administrative duties as well as technical duties
• Minimum of FPC or equivalent qualifications


As the calibre of candidates required for this role is so high, the salary on offer is outstanding and candidates with experience are preferred, although qualifications towards DipFA are encouraged.
