My client, a not for profit organisation, is searching for a Qualified by Experience Bookkeeper to join their growing team on a 6 month contract. This position, based in the Old Street area, focuses upon expense claims as well as dealing with monthly reporting. Working within a team of 2, this role reports into the Financial Controller.

Main duties:

• Processing multi-currency expenses
• Processing invoices (recovery, royalty, membership)
• Month and year end prepayments/accruals
• VAT returns
• Oversee aged creditor and debtors
• Ensure monthly accounts
• Handling of benefits in kind


Ideal candidate:

• Qualified by experience
• Hands on and initiative driven
• 4+ years’ in a similar role
• Proficient with accountancy software


This role with suit someone who is looking to gain strong experience within an established organisation. For this role my client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 as well as other benefits.
