Job Information

A leading IFA organisation with offices close to Liverpool Street currently seek to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their expanding team. This role will encompass both administration and paraplanning duties. The role means you will work besides the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers who provide bespoke financial advice to a number of HNW and UHNW clients. You will report to the Administration Manager and Financial Adviser with technical admin support on a daily basis, duties will include; speaking with, report writing, research, updating online system and working with the Paraplanner on technical matters and all sales support.

Requirements:

• 1 Year+ in an IFA environment.
• Previous experience within an adviser support role
• Experience in systems such as; Avelo, Adviser Network, Intelliflo.
• Progressing towards Diploma qualification would be desirable.
• Ability to work accurately and in accordance with procedures.
• Excellent time management skills. •Â·
• Supporting the Paraplanners and Advisers with Suitability reports.


The Client would be able to support the candidate through their professional development to either Chartered Status for Paraplanning which depends on the candidate’s ambition.
