Job Information

A mid-tier IFA business based in Birmingham are experiencing vast levels of new business and are now looking for experienced IFA administrators. This position would involve working under a paraplanner and processing all new business. The person specification for this role is as below:

• 3 years' experience processing new business at an IFA firm
• Knowledge of the pensions, investments and life markets and products involved
• Able to use back office systems such as Intelliflo/Avelo
• Also able to pull together portfolios pre meeting and fill out basic report templates
• Preferably studying towards DipFA with at least 1 exam completed


This position would have a structured career progression path and candidates can expect to have their role and salary reviewed annually. Furthermore, the role offers full study support to chartered status, and there are IFAs within the firm who started as administrators, so progression opportunities are plenty.

The package on offer is competitive, with a basic salary varying between £20,000-£30,000 dependent on experience, and with a whole host of benefits to compliment.
