My client, an IT supplier, is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their expanding team. This role, based in the Orpington area, is an all-round position that provides essential support to entire finance function. Working within a team of two, this role reports into the Finance Director.

Main duties:

� Assisting with budgeting
� Matching, batching and coding invoices
� Managing ledgers
� Processing expenses
� Preparing VAT returns
� Dealing with ad hoc queries


Ideal candidate:

� Strong on Excel!
� 2 years�+ experience in a similar role
� Proficient on Sage
� Located in the local area


This role will suit someone who is looking to join an established organisation that can utilise a good foundation of knowledge.
