Duties for the Commercial Claims Handler role:
• Claims settling authority on the vast majority of cases and individual client ownership for the duration of the claim
• Consider each case carefully on its merits before recommending payment on our scheme business and monitor all other claims closely
• Offer exceptional customer service on all claims
• Chasing Insurers, Loss Adjusters and Clients to ensure claims are dealt with as quickly as possible, leading to profitability of our delegated authority schemes and maintaining excellent client retention record
Requirements for the Commercial Claims Handler Role:
• Minimum of 3 years experience dealing with commercial claims in a broking / insurance environment
• 5 GCSE’s Grade C or above
• Excellent communication skills : written and verbal
• CII would be advantageous
• Strong customer service skills
