Our client a major IFA Network based in Docklands, London City requires an experienced Paraplanner to offer compliancesupport to their network of self-employed / employed advisers.

This exciting opportunity requires somebody with previous experience in a paraplanning role within financial services and a good understanding of a wide range of life assurance, pensions, investments and mortgages, tax aspects of relevant products.

Requirements:

• Level 4, Diploma qualified
• Good general knowledge of financial products, their key features and taxation treatment
• Compliance experience, including file checking : min 12 months
• Knowledge of FCA Business Standards and Conduct of Business requirements
• Good communication skills - verbal and written
• Able to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Customer focussed
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Computer Literate with MS office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Able to maintain confidentiality
