My client, a leading designer, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their expanding team. This role, based in the Dartford area, is a vital part of the accounts team and will suit someone who is wanting to build on an existing foundation of knowledge. Working within a larger team, this role reports into the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Finance Manager.

Main duties:

� Matching, batching and coding of invoices
� Quarterly reconciliations
� Payment runs
� Dealing with supplier queries
� Handling petty cash
� Assisting with cost saving strategies


Ideal candidate:

� 2+ years� experience in Accounts Payable
� Strong on Sage 1000 - desirable
� Proficient with MS Office : particularly Excel
� Immediately available
