My client, a leading business consultancy, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding organisation. This role, based in the Finchley area, is a telephone based role but will need someone who has the ability to understand analytical information. Working within a dynamic team, this role reports into the Operations Manager.

Main duties:

� Dealing with inbound customer queries
� Gaining customer information
� Resolving any payroll issues
� Advising on contracts
� Dealing with a range of clients in a professional manner
� Assisting with general administration


Ideal candidate:

� 2+ years� in a similar role
� Ability to understand numerical figures
� Great communication skills and personable approach
� Excellent telephone manner
