My client, a leading business consultancy, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding organisation. This role, based in the Finchley area, is a telephone based role but will need someone who has the ability to understand analytical information. Working within a dynamic team, this role reports into the Operations Manager.

Main duties:

• Dealing with inbound customer queries
• Gaining customer information
• Resolving any payroll issues
• Advising on contracts
• Dealing with a range of clients in a professional manner
• Assisting with general administration


Ideal candidate:

• 2+ years’ in a similar role
• Ability to understand numerical figures
• Great communication skills and personable approach
• Excellent telephone manner
