CREDIT CONTROLLER - LEEDS

My client is recruiting for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team on a full time basis. You should have at least 2 years� experience working as a Credit Controller within a targeted environment. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be familiar with excel.

SUMMARY

� 37.5 hours per week (Mon : Fri)
� Leeds based : good transport links
� Competitive salary


KEY DUTIES

� Setting up direct debits
� Chasing overdue payments
� Managing new and existing customer accounts
� Resolving customer queries / disputes and working alongside management to resolve them
� Downloading and processing direct debit reports and payment files
� Negotiate payment plans


IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years� experience working as a Credit Controller and also the drive to learn and excel within the role.
