PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK - BRADFORD

An exciting new position has come forward to work for a medium sized business within their Accountancy Team. My client is looking for a proactive individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Purchase Ledger role.

SUMMARY

• 37.5 hours per week (Mon : Fri)
• Bradford based : good transport links
• Competitive salary


KEY DUTIES

• Reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
• Dealing with payment queries
• Process purchase ledger transactions accurately and within a timely manner
• Complying with company policy and procedures
• Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
• To assist the Finance Manager with any financial tasks


IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk and also the drive to learn and excel within the role. My client is looking to pay between £16,000 - £18,000 dependant on the candidate’s experience.
